Before you advertise your property for sale you are required by law to have a complete contract for sale prepared. We can prepare your sale contract and provide a copy to your real estate agent (or yourself if you are advertising it privately) on the same day that we have received your instructions*.

We will assist you through the entire sale transaction and advise you of "what's next" every step of the way, via telephone discussions, emails, letters and checklists. No questions are considered too silly and we are of course happy to take your calls.
